Hi Joanna, yes, at this time the event is still taking place as scheduled with additional safety protocols in place.

  1. Al Brown says:

Hello. Just checked the message board and am glad the show has not been cancelled. It seems like there are Photo Pit tickets available for both days, as of May 26th. Can you confirm that information and that the Early Bird option is still available?

    Thanks,

    Al

    • NY Air Show says:

Hey Charles, at this time, the show is still planning to continue with many additional precautions put into place for the safety of our guests. Should that change, we will email all of our ticketholders as well as posting here on the website and on our social media sites.

    • NY Air Show says:

Hi Martin, the “Eyes Only” code will be for exclusive website content about the show as we get closer to the date. Stay tuned on our Facebook page and to your emails, as we’ll send out the word when those pages are made available!

  2. Werner R Ennesser says:

Greetings, who do I need to contact and what needs to be submitted for Media passes for the 2020 show. I am a freelance photographer who’s photos are used by numerous aviation outlets to include LiveairshowTV which has world wide reach. I also have a few Facebook pages dedicated to airshows where my photos are shared and reviews of the airshows are also published. Please let me know what info you folks will need and if you need anyone to vouch for me and my work as well. Thank you for your time and consideration.

    • NY Air Show says:

Please contact our Director of Public Relations, Chris Dirato at pr@air.show no later than 2 weeks prior to the show. If you are not credentialed media and want to take photos at the show, check out the Photo Pit.

  3. Marc McAdams says:

I paid for a helicopter ride on that saterday ,they got shut down so I asked for a refund they said they were going to do it and it hasn’t happened can you tell me where to go from here?

    • NY Air Show says:

Hey Marc, sorry to hear that your helicopter ride got cancelled. We are not the company that runs the helicopter rides, so you will need to speak with their team directly. You should have their information in your email or phone if you arranged for the purchase of the ride ticket, and can go from there to reach out to them directly.

  4. Tina says:

How would I get vendor contact information? We purchased 2 shirts on Sunday, and when we got home we saw that we were mistakenly given a 3X instead of an XL. We were hoping to contact the gentleman and maybe send it to him for the correct size.
The show was great! We loved it. It was our first time there. Well worth the three hour drive. Beautiful area.
    Thank you
