    • NY Air Show says:

Hey Adil, sorry that the helicopters were unable to perform on Saturday – it turns out they were on a no-fly block coming in because of Hurricane Florence. Our electronic hospitality team didn’t find out until after the show had concluded, so couldn’t answer sooner. We are going to hope that Mother Nature is a little nicer next August!

      • Lb says:

What time will the Thunderbirds perform tomorrow?
Also if you have tickets that say friends of air show or something like that, where would I park?

        • NY Air Show says:

Hey LB – the Thunderbirds end our program, which concludes around 4 pm. And Friends of the Air Show will park in general parking and come in the main admission gate, then follow signs to the “Friends of the Air Show” tent.

          • Lb says:

Thank you. I appreciate the response. Is my parking included with that ticket? Or do I pay for parking additional.

Are there still going to be the parachuters? I’m bringing young kids so we don’t don’t want to miss it, if possible. Can you give any idea of what time that would happen?

    • NY Air Show says:

Hey Marika, yes, we have the West Point parachute team! The specific schedule is available for ticketed guests (if you purchased and didn’t receive your special code, let us know), but the aerial part of the show runs noon to four. If you get there around 11 or 11:30 am you should be just fine to catch them.
